The lightweight tire for fast gravel

Hardpack fire roads, groomed gravel, and routes that blend tarmac with chunky choss – if the terrain is well behaved, then no gravel tire is faster than the Terreno Zero Lite. It spins up fast and rolls with aggression on slick, hard surfaces while dialing up secure bite on corners and gravel sections.

Technology explained

The Terreno Zero’s center strip is adapted from the Corsa road racing line, and its revolutionary fish scale shoulders are adapted from the Terreno Dry gravel tire. The combination of technologies reduces rolling resistance across the entire contact patch but boosts grip while cornering, riding gravel, or navigating wet conditions. The Graphene-infused compound boosts durability, grip, and speed, and it’s mated to a supple, durable Lite nylon casing with added puncture resistance at the center strip.

Fish Scale Tread

A center strip tread that bridges the gap between file tread and low-profile knobs. The “scales” are ramped to reduce rolling resistance on straights but bite with secure, responsive traction when loaded for braking and cornering. Gradual depth increase to the shoulders eliminates any jarring bump while cornering.

Graphene 1C Compound

Rubber, infused with Graphene to minimize rolling resistance and resist punctures. Graphene effectively fills the gaps between rubber molecules, creating a reinforced structure that’s lighter, more efficient, and also more durable.

120 TPI Nylon Casing

The highest thread count in our gravel line, which means it’s our most supple, lightest gravel casing. Nylon’s durable threads withstand the punishment of mixed-terrain cycling, and the relatively high thread count sheds rolling resistance and maintains the feel of the gravel while muting chatter.

Perfect upgrade from file tread for confident steering in chonk

Supple casing and decently fast rolling for a dedicated gravel tire; it's everything you need and nothing you don't for mixed dirt-pavement rides. Low profile tread and high volume (48c+) set up tubeless at low pressure (<25 psi) is quickly being recognized as a performance sweet spot. The Tirreno Zero is currently positioned as an end member in terms of tread on the spectrum of gravel tires, but a tire like this with a slightly higher volume such as 50c or 55c is what racers and weekend warriors alike are beginning to understand to be the future of gravel performance tires.
