Rubber, infused with graphene in a graduated schedule of three compounds. Minimized rolling resistance and punchy responsiveness in the center strip with high surface grip and anchoring base stability on the shoulders.

150 TPI Nylon casing

The highest thread count we produce in a nylon casing. More durable, more reliable, longer lasting – the ultimate training tire casing. Compared to cotton, nylon’s thicker threads better withstand the grind of long-distance training. Since it’s bumped up to 150 TPI, this casing decreases rolling resistance and accounts for the supple Vittoria road-feel.

Frustrated

I am a big fan of Vittoria tires. I have ridden Rubino Pros for years and have been very happy with their performance. Last year, I purchased Corsa 28mm tubeless tires for my race setup. I really like how they feel. I finally wore out my last pair of old 23mm Rubino Pro training tires and purchased the 28mm bundle. The Corsa 28's fit my older frame perfectly. However, when I mounted the new 28mm Rubino Pro's, they're too large in width and height. They practically rub the frame and fork. So, I am pretty frustrated. When I measure the tire, it sits at about 30mm. I don't know if this is a bad batch of tires, but I'm not happy. I did source a new 25mm Rubino Pro, and mounted it, and it is true to size. Would appreciate an option to get a replacement set. Otherwise. I'll have to try and sell them.
