Fast rolling, aggressive cornering, and a lightweight construction – the Mezcal XC is the tubeless-ready tire for speed and smiles while exploring XC singletrack that mixes hardpack, roots, and rocks. The continuous center line features offset extensions that are siped to multiply the number of edges propelling you up the trail, and the rear siping on the shoulder knobs is angled for fast cornering on hard, slippery surfaces. For climbing, cornering, or careening down hill, no tire rides like the Mezcal.

The Mezcal XC combines a burly, abrasion-resistant nylon tubeless-ready casing with a Graphene-infused compound. Longevity, puncture resistance, and tacky traction – ideal qualities for exploring new trails or lapping your local loops.

Great XC tire combination!

Got the Mezcal/Barzo bundle for my Salsa El Mariachi, and I think this is the best XC combination I've ever used. Durable, grippy, and lightweight. Actually, dumped my heavy tubeless Schwalbe setup, and went back to lightweight tubes. Super happy with the purchase!

Fast and light

Great tire for all around XC riding. Rocks roots hard pack….. it covers it all.

all around tire save for fresh mud

Delivery was a tad slow yet the tires are fantastic. I purchased the base model yet understand the sidewall pinch protection and number of tread compounds can be upgraded. For what I do (bikepacking) these are amazing all around tires that roll better than anything I have had prior.
