The tread unglued from the tire

Mounted these tires up and rode them for about 6 weeks on an indoor, climate controlled velodrome. I soon noticed the black tread rubber was starting to peal off of the tire. The glue was failing on both tires. I contacted Vittoria and they did send two replacements, however I’m fully expecting the same problem to happen.

These tires clearly have a manufacture defect with the glue failing. For being one of the most expensive track tires on the market… this is completely unacceptable and makes them dangerous to ride.
