First ride flatted

And on a road I never flat on. Tires felt great until the 40kmh front tire flat while in the aero bars. Lots of roadrash and bruised ribs. The speed isn't worth the puncture (and safety). Crashed a week out from an international race which is now TBD.

Sorry to hear of the flat. May we please ask. What was the flat issue type - puncture, cut, road debris, pothole, blowout, set up?

What was your set up? tube or tubeless(if tubeless are you running liners). If tubeless what sealant was used.

Was this a sudden loss of pressure like a blow out or air-loss like a puncture flat.
