What You'll Need
Tick off your products and tools as you prepare them.
☐ 1 × Vittoria Air-Liner Light Gravel insert
☐ 1 × compatible tubeless gravel tyre
☐ 1 × compatible tubeless-ready wheel and rim
☐ 1 × Vittoria Multiway tubeless valve
☐ Vittoria Universal Tubeless Sealant

Gather the Air-Liner Light Gravel insert, compatible tire and wheel, Multiway tubeless valve, sealant and installation tools shown in the video.
Check the rim tape and prepare the Multiway tubeless valve. The demonstration shows the valve being fitted through the rim hole.
Fit the first bead of the gravel tire onto the rim, keeping it positioned correctly as you work around the wheel.
Place the insert inside the tyre and around the rim. Work evenly to keep it correctly positioned without twisting.
Fit the second bead gradually, checking that the insert remains inside the tire and the bead seats in the rim channel.
Check the tire bead position and inflate using the approved procedure and pressure limits for your tire and rim.
Remove the valve core as shown and add Vittoria Universal Tubeless Sealant through the valve. Use only the technically approved quantity.
Reinstall the valve core, reinflate as required and distribute the sealant around the tire. Check seating and air retention before riding.
The second part of the video demonstrates how to remove the Air-Liner Light Gravel insert. Deflate the tire and carefully unseat the tire bead as shown.
Use the removal method demonstrated in the video to lift out the insert, then remove residual sealant and inspect the tire and rim.
