Removal Tips: Tire + Air-Liner
Before starting the removal process, leave the tire completely deflated for at least 1 hour. This interval is necessary for the insert to release the structural tension accumulated during use, making it easier to break the bead away from the rim edges. To further simplify the removal process, use the Universal Tire Levers and the specific Air-Liner Tool Kit.

Tire inserts that enable lower pressure riding for improved traction and vibration dampening. Customers praised the "easy" installation and felt "like I was on a brand new bike" on gravel. Most loved the rim protection and smooth ride on both gravel and pavement. Some confusion about single vs. pair packaging, and one shopper found sizing too large.

I wasn’t sure if these inserts would make a big difference but I went for them anyways. The install was super fast and easy. But once I hit the gravel it felt like I was on a brand new bike. The inserts allowed me to air down incredibly low and ride with confidence. The low PSI made the bike float across the gravel while protecting the rims and eating up a ton of vibration.
I have Vittoria inserts on all of my MTB and Gravel bike wheelsets. Great product.
I received my air-liners and had them mounted up within a matter of minutes. My set up is Reserve 40/44 GR wheels with (other brand) 700x45c tires. Lower pressure, improved traction and no noticeable increase in rolling resistance. Tested this out on a few shorter rides and then completed Pisgah Monster Cross. This is my first set of tire liners and the experience has been flawless. Would buy again.
Deceptive advertising. I thought I was getting a pair. Would have bought Cush Core if I would have known. What good is one?
Too big for my use, I am waiting for back order on the smaller size to arrrive so I can use them in the Gravel World Championships/Belgium on October 5th 2024
This item has been upgraded from previous versions. Glad to see the insert has a meaningful shape that is made to fit your wheel size. Older versions were more of a one size fits all. These will also now fit my 47mm Pathfinder Pros.
Love these inserts. Not only great on gravel but smooth riding on paved surfaces.
