Better than Conti 5000

The Vittoria N.EXT clincher is now my favorite tire. Had ridden Conti 4000s and 5000s for over two decades. The Conti 5000s are extremely difficult to mount and have a harsh road feel. Tried the Vittoria N.EXT clincher and am extremely happy with them. Gave away the additional unused Continental 5000 clinchers. I’m not a Vittoria convert. I ride Pinarello Dogma so the Vittoria tires are also a better match.

Fast, light, durable, comfortable tires

Got 'em, raced 'em in 5 crits. Felt confident in corners at 30 mph. They spin up well. Great Tires.

Supple with latex tubes

Very fast responsive and supple. Can not speak to durability yet as I only have two rides on them, hence the four stars.

I have been very happy with the performance of this tire. I’m am disappointed, though, in its longevity. It seems to develop cracks and slicing early and more often than other tires I have used, including other Vittoria tires.
